Centre for Advanced Professional Practices (CAPP) was founded in 2005 in Dubai, UAE with the sole purpose of delivering excellence in Dental Continuing Medical Education in the Middle East and beyond. CAPP is an American Dental Association (ADA) C.E.R.P Recognised Provider, specialising in Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) dental education programmes – conferences, short and long term hands-on courses leading to certificates, diplomas and fellowships, workshops and self-instruction programmes.
CAPP is the organiser of the two leading dental scientific conferences in the region: CAD/CAM & Digital Dentistry International Conference (1st edition in 2005) and Dental Facial Cosmetic International Conference (DFCIC) (1st edition in 2009). Both these conferences are annual events.
CAPP is the owner of the CAPP Training Institute which a world-class training facility for continuing professional development in the knowledge hub Dubai.

Ever since 2005 CAPP has experienced year-on-year growth and in 2016 alone CAPP educated 13,856 international dental professionals (Lower versus 2015 due to AP CAD/CAM & Digital Dentistry Singapore being held bi-annually). CAPP has become the leader in Continuing Dental Education programs in the region.
With the opening of CAPP Asia in 2012, the company’s reach has expanded to the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. CAPP Asia main focus in the region is the Asia-Pacific Edition of the CAD/CAM & Digital Dentistry International Conference held in Singapore on a bi-annual basis.

Opened in 2016, CAPP Training Institute is a world-class facility for continuing professional development in the knowledge hub Dubai. The Training Centre can easily accommodate up to 30 delegates and is equipped with phantom heads, clinical units with high, low and speed-increasing handpieces, microscopes, the latest TV/AV equipment and a lot more. Companies can rent the CTI and organise their internal and external trainings, hands-on training courses, corporate distance-learning trainings and seminars.

CAPP is also the owner of the Dental Tribune Middle East & Africa print and digital publication. CAPP is delivering six print editions annually to over 20,000 dental professionals (120,000 copies annually) in the Middle East and Africa region and delivers newsletters to over 41,000 active subscribers every two weeks (approx. 984,000 e-mail annually). Through its international website, the latest industry news reaches the largest dental community worldwide - an audience of over 1,000,000 dental professionals.

CAPP offers over 120 days of hands-on training courses per year across a broad spectrum of subjects. Classes vary in length from one-day seminars and short courses to weekly classes and degree programmes. All programmes are certified from the authorised accreditation entities. Most of CAPP’s training courses are taking place at the CAPP Training Institute.
